What's Jess up to?  is a blogging platform for a young naturalist and her journey to reconnecting with the natural world. Join her in her exploration of the many Californian terrains, learn new things about the life of an aspiring wildlife biologist, find new ways of living sustainably and more! 

With my diploma, I pledge to thoroughly investigate and take into account the social and environmental consequences of any job opportunity that I consider. And I pledge to teach my friends and family (especially children) about plants and animals.
